Beverley gallery, Creation Fine Arts’ unique competition to celebrate the iconic imagery of the Humber Bridge will end on Friday.
The competition aims to give budding photographers the opportunity to exhibit their work.
Nigel Walker, owner and curator of Creation Fine Arts says:
“The competition is centred around the Humber Bridge and we’re looking for 30 of the best photographs of either, the structure in intimate detail or distant admiration of the Bridge – day or night, sunlight or mist.”
“There are three levels of entry Professional, Adult non-professional and Under 18. Entrants can send up to five pictures in any one of these categories. Up to ten final pictures will be selected from each.”
All submissions must be at the gallery by 6pm on Friday 26th October with judgement being made by 17th November.
All those being invited to show their work will be responsible for mounting and framing their work ready for hanging in the gallery by the end of January 2013. Advice will be given on this and pricing if necessary.
