North Ferriby failed to extend their 16 game unbeaten run in the Evo stick Northern Premier League, losing at home to second placed Hednesford Town.
It was an even first half ending goalless, however this gave way to a crazy second. Ferriby twice took the lead only for Hednesford to level each time through a penalty kick.
The keeper was at fault for the first penalty, however he managed to make some great saves during the second half to keep the scores level, but could do nothing about the close range header in the 89th minute that clinched all three points for Hednesford Town.
Final Score: North Ferriby United 2 – 3 Hednesford Town
