Since the 12th of November new toys have been flooding through the door of the Beverley Building Society for this year’s Mission Christmas Appeal.
Thanks to incredibly kind donations by members of the Society and the general public, the Christmas dream has been kept alive for many local children.
Hundreds of new toys were donated at the building society in what was an extremely successful year for the Appeal. Around £210,000 worth of toys and gifts were distributed to over 6,000 children in the local area.
Michael Plaster, Marketing Manager at the Beverley Building Society said:
“The support for the appeal has been overwhelming; all of the staff at the Society would like to say a huge thank you to everybody that has donated”.
