United Thrash Leven To Stay Top Of The Table

Mill Lane United started 2013 in fine form with a comfortable 4 – 1 victory against Leven Members Club Reserves in the East Riding County League.

United scored three goals in the first half with Zak Young, Corner Binney and Chris Wright all finding the back of the net.

Joss Gilligan scored United’s fourth in the second half as United dominated the football match.

The win keeps Mill Lane United on top of Division 4 in the East Riding County League.

The next match for Mill Lane United is another away game at Hutton Cranswick.

  1. Mill Lane are looking good,they like to get the ball forward and create lots of chances,though fair play to Leven who played well despite the score line.

    As for pics the weather helped, as the sun made a brief appearance to keep those shutter speeds up to a reasonable level !
