Hull College Girls were beaten by North Ferriby United who won the match with a single goal at Longcroft School in the Hull Boys Sunday Football League.
Hull played their part in an even game and may feel there were unlucky not to sneak a point after hitting the post.
United started the stronger of the two teams though late in the first half Hull created a number of chances passing their way through the United defence but were just unable to score that all important goal.
The girls are at home again next week as they host Cottingham Rangers Yellows, a win for hull could see them climb four places in the Under 14 WYKE table.
