Members of the Ford Focus ST owners Club travelled from all four corners of the UK to get together and test out their cars on a rolling road at Dreamscience Automotive in Hull.
Some of the owners/member are using Dreamscience parts to enhance the power of their car. All of which have been developed by Jared and Carl at the Dreamscience HQ.
Around forty finely tuned Ford Focuses took it in turns to have their performance analysed by Carl Balmforth and Jared Apollonios, The Dreamscience Chassis dynamometer (rolling road) measures the Engine’s power out put measuring both its BHP and Torque. The rolling road is also a good way of diagnosing faults and finding areas of the performance that could be improved.
Carl Balmforth from Beverley a specialist automotive engineer with Dreamscience Automotive specialises in researching and developing after market parts and systems for the Focus st225 to enhance performance and efficiency.
“These events are very popular within owners clubs, as you can see we have got cars from around the UK attending here today. We put the cars on the Rolling Road then give the drivers a printed breakdown of the performance, offering advice on how to improve power.”
