Lee Karen Stow’s Tree Show

Lee Karen Stow's Tree Show

Renowned writer and photojournalist Lee Karen Stow is exhibiting her photography in Beverley gallery, Creation Fine Arts this month.

Lee has travelled the world but now lives in Beverley, which forms the focus of her new show.

During her time in the town Lee has returned daily to a beech tree on the Westwood Pasture, photographing it throughout the year. Her show, The Beech Tree, consists of twelve photographs documenting the seasons.

Creation owner Nigel Walker said,” It is our good fortune to have a world class photographer living in the area and recording something as consistently as Lee has this tree. The photographs are a wonderful evocation of the Westwood and a reminder of the history that surrounds us.”

The photographs go on show at Creation Fine Arts in Beverley on 20th March where they can be seen until early June. An open afternoon with the photographer in attendance will be held on Saturday 23rd March from 1 to 4pm. All are welcome.
