Hodgsons FC Reserves made it four wins on the spin as they beat Hornsea Town Reserves at the Beverley Leisure Centre in the East Riding County League.
The Tanners eased their way to a comfortable win beating Hornsea 5 – 1. Mike Martin opened the scoring for the Tanners latching onto a flick on by Stew Scott.
Scott then scored himself with a volley. Gary Collins was next to hit the back of the net with strike from the top drawer. The fourth came from a deft chip by Nicky Whiting with Daniel Atkinson adding a fifth.
Given the bad weather the Tanners have a backlog of fixtures, on Tuesday, they host Haltemprice while next weekend, they are home again against Bridlington Town reserves in the cup.
