James Graham is helping people get into shape with his Beverley Boot Camp, a Military Style exercise class.
The classes are held every Tuesday between 6.45pm and 7.45pm and also on Saturday mornings from 10am to 11am, at Longcroft School.
James describes the classes as fun but challenging and are made up of people with mixed abilities, Beverley Boot Camp it is proving to be very popular with all those taking part.
Classes are a great way to improve general fitness and help to lose a few pounds, any wanting to join in and go along may do so at the times shown above.
