The Beverley Georgian Quarter banners have been installed in North Bar Within and North Bar Without just days ahead of the officially launch.
This Saturday will see a full day of events taking place that will include food tasting, live music and fashion shows as Beverley’s newest shopping district is opened.
Some of the highlights of the day will see models sitting in shop windows while The Stationary Box will be offering a 20% discount on all purchases whiles Jennings Mac and PC Centre are offering money of Apple computer products.
Banners that represent the distinct colour schemes used to highlight the different trades within the Georgian Quarter shopping and lifestyle zone now tower above the street from the lamp posts.
In total, there are fifty three different organisations within the Georgian Quarter that includes retailers through to fast food take away Dolce Vita.
The re-branding has been made possible thanks £10,000 of public money that was secured by the North Bar Traders Association with the help of local MP Graham Stuart.
Karl Jennings who owns Jennings Mac and PC Centre, Beverley’s only authorised Apple dealer said;
“We are very positive about the new shopping district and shall be offering £25 off all new Apple Mac Machines and also free setup with any new iPad saving customers £19.99”
Jennings Mac and PC Centre have been trading in Beverley since November 2012 and so far the reception from customers has been good. The company is already taking orders for the new MacPro and MacBook Air.
