Beverley Town Cricket Club’s first team earned a losing draw at the Norwood Recreation Ground as they entertained Woodhouse Grange in the Yorkshire & District Senior Cricket League.
Beverley won the toss and put Woodhouse Grange into bat, the visitors scored 262 from their 50 overs for the loss of just four wickets.
In reply Beverley scored 198 for the loss of eight wickets, Olly Grantham was the pick of the batters for Beverley scoring 58 from 87 balls.
