The Humber Colts won again yesterday as they beat the Lord Nelson 2 – 0 at Burden Road.
Goals from Jake McMullen and their new Romanian striker Mircea Ciu were enough to the bragging rights in tough local derby.
Ciu arrival was a shrewd bit of business by new Colts manager Craig Fawcett in the summer transfer window, and the club will do
well to hold onto the player who has now scored nine goals in the pre season.
