Thousands of people descended on Beverley Racecourse for the Family Fun Day and an afternoon of horse racing.
The meeting named ‘Sunday Best’ was so busy the people were turned away from the central enclosure.
Local charity the Beverley Lions were at the Westwood course raising funds, a fair and also live music kept the race goers entertained all afternoon.
