Beverley RUFC Bandits suffered a narrow defeat going down to Pocklington on Saturday at Beaver Park.
In close match Pocklington won the game by five points as the score finished 22-17 to the visitors.
The Beverley Bandits will take the road next weekend as they face Selby.
