The Myton Warriors played out a draw with York Acorn as the two bottom sides in the National Conference League went head to head on Saturday.
Chairman Paul Hood was full of praise for the Warriors saying;
“We have played a very youthful side throughout the season, at times or team has featured lads as young as 16 years old.”
“Although may be bottom of the league the guys have really stepped up and the future is certainly going to be a bright one for us as a club.”
“On Saturday we did very well. We certainly won the second half. I have nothing but praise for all the players.”
The Myton Warriors are again at home next weekend when they host Egremont Rangers.
