The Beverley Food Festival was once again proved to be a top notch festival with thousands of people descending on Beverley Town Centre.
Glorious Autumn weather helped add to the occasion as the clear blue skies and sunshine made for the perfect day in Saturday Market.
Jason Rowe of Rebel’s Smokehouse was one of the chefs who gave a demonstration in the Food Theatre and he was followed on stage by the Ready Steady Cook Challenge.

Why oh why did they not spread the stalls up toll gavel, butchers row and onto Wednesday Market. It was bedlam, it’s ment to be child friendly event and yet I clung to mine for fear of losing them in the crowd. If they had spread the stalls out it would have been less chaotic. We only got to see about one stall as all the others we’re cram packed and even on that stool we were pushed out of the way by a rude woman. First and last time for us and would not be recommending it to anyone.
