Humberside Police are appealing for a key witness following a criminal damage incident at 2215hrs on Thursday 17 October 2013 on Ladygate, Beverley.
A man approached a metal grill on a window, before ripping it off its hinges.
A 37 year old man was arrested in relation to the incident, before being released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Officers are trying to trace a male taxi driver who was in the area at the time of the incident. The taxi driver was in a grey/silver coloured car possibly a Skoda.
Police would like the taxi drive or any other witnesses to contact them on 101 quoting log 677 of 17/10/13.
