Rebels’ Smokehouse in Beverley will be doing their bit for Children in Need today.
The Toll Gavel restaurant will be raising money for the charity that supports thousands of the needy children by making donations in some creative ways.
£2 will be donated to the charity by Rebels’ Smokehouse for each person who turns up to eat wearing pyjamas or a onsie. Donations will also be made to the charity if customers order certain items from the menu.
Staff at Rebels’ Smokehouse will be dressed up for the occasion too on a night that will see a prize draw being held to win a bucket of beer and giant Pudsey bear.
Restaurant Manager Angela Trickett told HU17.net;
“I am a massive fan of Children in Need and love watching it on TV. It is a very worthwhile cause and one that is close to my heart and many of the people who work here too.”
“We are going to have some fun while also raising cash for a great charity, it promises to be an entertaining evening.”
There is also a chance for customers to win a £50 meal voucher too at the Smokehouse in quiz that is being held at 9.30pm.
