The Lord Nelson remain top of the East Riding County League after they shared the points with title rivals Beverley Town Academy at Longcroft School.
Both sides went into the game unbeaten with the Lord Nelson boasting a 100% start to the season with eight straight wins.
Nelson took the lead thanks to goal from the irrepressible Shaun Foster,. Town got back on level terms before Joe Green restored
the lead for the Lord Nelson.
Nelson were however denied all three points as Town showed their spirit to level again ensuring the match ended in the draw.
The Lord Nelson do remain top of the table and no doubt gaffer Terry Jackson will view this result as a good point against one of the strongest teams in the league.
Elsewhere in the same division Molescroft Rangers continued their good run of form as they smashed seven past Skidby Millers to remain in second place in the table.
