NHS East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is gathering views and experiences of local GP out of hours services in a new online survey launched this week.
The survey will support the current CCG review of GP out of hours services and help identify areas where the service is performing well and where it can be improved.
Views from people and their families who have used the service in the last 6 months are particularly welcome, and respondents must be registered with a GP in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Alex Seale, Director of Commissioning and Transformation at ERY CCG said:
“We believe that obtaining the views of people that have recently used this service is a good way to understand what currently works well with the service and what we might do to improve the GP out of hours service in the future. I would encourage people to who have recently out of hours services within the East Riding to spend 20 minutes completing the survey.”
The online survey closing date is Sunday 16 March and accessed via: www.eastridingofyorkshire.nhs.uk/ooh
