Children who took part in the first ever Puppet Trail picked up their awards last night at a special part held at Sugar & Spice Cafe.
Beverley Independent Traders and Judy’s Attic’s came together with the Beverley Puppet Festival to host what was the first ever Puppet Trail in the town.
Judy’s Attic are local makers co-operative, who support each other in the making, selling and promotion of our handmade goods.
They currently have their items in three shops and within two cafe’s including Sugar and Spice Cafe, on Lairgate, in Beverley.
They work with the local businesses to promote our individual products and their establishment, to further support the area’s economy and the Shop Local movement.
Evalynne Kimberley of Judy’s Attic said;
“We would really like to thank the to say a big thank you to the retailers for getting involved and playing their part in making the first trail such a success.”
Shops in Beverley that took part in the trail included, Xen Jewellery, Tea Tree Bay, Fleurs De Lisa, Tabatha’s, Amanti, Lempicka Cafe, Figaro, White Rabbit Chocolate Company and Sugar & Spice Cafe.
Prizes that were kindly donated from the independent shops on our trail were presented to the winners who took part.
