Beverley Town Football Club were beaten by Hessle Sporting this Sunday at Longcroft School as they got the Hull Boys Sunday League season under way.
Hessle proved to be a tough test for a relatively new Beverley side. Next weekend, Town will hit the road as they take on Cottingham Rangers who lost this weekend 16-0.
