Beverley Folk Festival and Westwood Sessions To put On A Cracking Christmas

A night of festive folk fun, music and dance awaits at the ‘Christmas Cracker’ event, taking place on Friday 12 December at 7.30pm.

Organised by the award-winning Beverley Folk Festival and Westwood Sessions, performers will include the White Horse Ceilidh Band, renowned for their infectious renditions of Irish, English, Scottish and American folk tunes.

Elizabeth Pickering, Ben Cook and Stevie Mould will also be taking to the stage from the Westwood Sessions; a popular attraction at the festival, which celebrates young and emerging talent, run by students, for students.

Jim Pybus, one of the Directors of Beverley Folk Festival commented: “The Christmas Cracker event is guaranteed to get everyone in the mood for the upcoming festive season and we’re looking forward to a fabulous evening of entertainment.”
