Cameo Opera makes a welcome return to the Toll Gavel United Church, Beverley, on Thursday 22 January 2015 at 7.30pm with a staged and costumed extravaganza of Gilbert & Sullivan.
The concert should delight Gilbert & Sullivan fans, as well as those who enjoy the entertaining evenings of music, love and laughter that Cameo Opera are so renowned for.
They will introduce the audience to the larger than life characters who feature in the Topsy-Turvy world of their famous operettas.
A cast of six singers and pianist will perform staged and costumed scenes from The Gondoliers, Pirates of Penzance, HMS Pinafore, Yeomen of the Guard, Ruddigore, Trial by Jury, Patience, Iolanthe and The Mikado.
