A busy weekend Beverley & East Riding Golf Club saw the oldest golf club in Yorkshire Host three competitions all of which featured top quality golf.
A Fantastic 10 under par earned Simon and Jamie a much deserved three shot victory on Saturday, and continued their terrific record after finishing second in February’s Am-Am. Simon, in particular, looks to be in the kind of form that saw his handicap fall to 5 last year.
Colin and John secured third place with a rock steady 63 following their third place in last month’s Am-Am, while Paul & Darren came fourth, beating the Osbornes on the back six holes. It’s been a successful few days for the Osbornes, who last week secured their place in the Semi Finals of the Winter League.
