East Riding College is holding three open events for people who are thinking about studying in further or higher education from September.
They are aimed at young people and adults who are considering studying for BTEC diplomas, A-levels, apprenticeships, degrees and other courses from September 2015.
The open events are a chance to talk to tutors, discuss course options and have a look round the College’s well-equipped and modern learning environments, and to find out about the new Beverley campus, which opens in September.
The events will be held as follows:
• Tuesday April 28 – Gallows Lane, Beverley, 4pm to 7pm
• Tuesday April 28 – St James Street, Hull, 4pm to 7pm, specifically for music and performing arts courses
• Tuesday, May 5 – St Mary’s Walk, Bridlington, 4pm to 7pm
Principal Derek Branton said: “Our open events are an opportunity to meet our friendly and knowledgeable tutors and guidance staff, consider your options and look at our excellent facilities.
“Come along, whether you know what you want to do and simply want to find out more, or if you need to talk to someone about your future direction.”
There will be tutors present from all curriculum areas who will answer questions and chat about the courses, as well as help with completing application forms.
