UKIP Thank Local Voters For Their Support in May Elections

Ukip's Gary Shores Critisises Plans To Spend Millions On Developing Countriesgary

Local candidates from UKIP have expressed their gratitude to voters after what they feel was a successful election earlier in the month.

In a statement released by the party, Gary Shores said;

“The UKIP candidates would like to thank all those who voted for and supported the party.

“In terms of vote share we achieved a huge increase, coming a credible 3rd and beating the LibDems for the parliamentary seat. Locally we were the second party in nearly every seat.

“We had a great success in Bridlington return 3 UKIP councillors to county hall.”

“Now the dust has settled we all need to be vigilant to ensure the government is held accountable for its actions.”

“The major one that MUST be delivered upon is the promised EU referendum. The result of which will determine who governs the country.”

“Once again, thank you.”
