Beverley’s new Flemingate development is the largest structure to have been built since the town’s Minster in 1420.
Ahead of opening in October this year, the RICS Hull and East Yorkshire Local Association is inviting local property professionals to join them in a tour of the site which brings together a mixture of housing, commercial, retail, leisure and education in the centre of the historic market town.
The tour, hosted by Wykeland (Developers) and Wilmot Dixon (Contractors) will give attendees the opportunity to walk around this working site and have a look at the current progress, giving a sneak preview.
Simon Delaney, Partner at Delaney Marling Partnership is on the Hull and East Yorkshire Association and helps to organise these events. He says:
“The Flemingate site will be very interesting to anyone working in the property sector. The development is a fantastic example of a genuine mixed use development and we are very grateful to Wykeland and Wilmot Dixon for taking the time to show us around. Due to restrictions on the site we have limited space for 30 people. With this in mind I suggest booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
“We are also fortunate to have arranged a networking lunch once the new East Riding College opens and local property professional can contact me to book onto this event which will take place on 16 October.”
“The RICS Hull & East Yorkshire local association committee helps those working in the property sector to update training on an annual basis as part of their professional membership and we support this with a full programme events similar to this one.”
This event will be run by RICS Hull & East Yorkshire local association, for more details please call Simon Delaney on 01482 623955 or email info@delaneymarlingpartnership.co.uk.
