Beverley Town Council are holding their Annual Town Meeting on Tuesday 16th June 2015 at 7pm at Peter Harrison Room, Parish Hall, Beverley Minster.
Deputy Town Clerk Carol Oliver said;
“This is an opportunity for residents who live within the boundaries of Beverley Town Council to raise issues relating to the town.”
“This could range from suggestions of new projects and ideas that might benefit Beverley, to comments regarding how major developments may affect the town.”
Chaired by the Mayor of Beverley, Councillor Peter Astell, only those on the electoral role within the parish of Beverley are allowed to speak.
The parish councils of Molescroft and Woodmansey also hold their own Annual Parish Meetings for residents from those areas to discuss matters pertinent to their locality.
Mrs. Oliver added;
