Tesco in Beverley were pleased to welcome local football team AFC Tickton U13s to bag pack in their store.
Thanks to their efforts and the support of the customers in Beverley the club managed to raise well over £400 which they will use to fund the new season.
Commenting on the bag pack AFC Tickton U13s Team Manager Peter Beckwith said;
“I would like to say a huge thank you to the customers of Tesco for their kindness and generosity, the checkout operators for their warm reception and to Tesco for the opportunity to participate in fundraising at the Beverley Store.”
“The money will be used to purchase training equipment and sports kit for the 2015/16 season ahead.”
