Aside from being a hobby, skateboarding is a great way to maintain your personal health and fitness.
The sport gives you a full body workout. As you move your feet and your legs you are using your arms to help balance and also twisting your body. All these things must happen simultaneously, giving your body a variety of movements.
Skating web site Transworld Skate are encouraging people who take part in National Go Skateboarding Day to send event coverage, videos, and links to twshasmail@gmail.com so they can be shared with skaters around the globe.
