Mr. Smith further explains;

Preventative work with individuals, employers, communities and schools
Support services, including housing, residential therapeutic communities, 1-1 support, group activities, talking therapies, mentoring, in-work and peer support
Move on services, such as help to find work, employment support and independent living skills
Campaigning to improve services and raise awareness of mental health in our communities

“From our offices based in Hull and Bridlington, we work across the whole of Hull and East Riding.”

“In addition to our supported housing, we have specialist units for young people, women fleeing violence and adults overcoming alcohol and drug dependency.”

“We run regular peer support groups in Goole, Hornsea, Holderness, Pocklington, Beverley, Hessle and Bridlington. For more information about Hull & East Yorkshire Mind, please visit our website www.HEYMind.org.uk or give us a call on 01482 240200.”
