St Peter’s Church Woodmansey asking residents to sponsor a note as they look to raise the funds needed to carry out restoration work to their organ.
Mike Pollard, from St Peter’s Church Woodmansey said;
“St Peter’s Church Woodmansey are offering an opportunity for individuals and organisations to sponsor a note ♪ to help in the restoration of the church organs 56 Oboe Pipes.”
“With an average cost of each pipes repair being £36 and while all donations would be welcomed, those coving the full cost of a repair will receive a certificate detailing the individual note they have sponsored.”
“Recognition will be made within the church of all named contributors to the restoration.”
