Beverley Town Football Club will be hoping for a positive result when they return to action this weekend in the Whiteheads Fish & Chips Cup.
Town will welcome Hessle United to the Norwood Recreation Ground for the 2 PM kick off but will have to win for what would be only the second time at home if they are to progress in the competition.
Speaking to HU17.net ahead of the match Cording said;
“We have a massive squad this week and we will be looking strong for game against United.”
“Last weeks commitment from what we had on show, shows we have a great core and this week should hopefully prove fruitful.”
Town have a mixed start to the their campaign registering just two wins in the Humber Premier League.
United who play in the league below Beverley come into the match off the back of a 3-0 win over Hall Road Rangers Reserves.
On paper this looks like an easy fixture for Beverley but Cording will hope his players turn up with their ‘A’ game and not just win, but win well.
