Beverley Musical Theatre are appealing for help with coming up with a magical beanstalk after mice chomped their way through their prop.
Alison White from the Beverley Musical Theatre said;
“This year Jack will bravely climb up the beanstalk to slay the giant and get the golden eggs, so he can marry Jill and save daisy the cow.
“There is, however, one major problem, the story might end very differently because the mice have eaten our beanstalk.”
“We want to know if anyone has one that we can borrow or if there is a designer out there who would like to help our backstage team make a new one. If not the giant might live, jack might get eaten and poor old daisy the cow might get it too.”
“If anyone can help would like to hear from them. They can get in touch by emailing info@beverleymusicaltheatre.co.uk or by calling 07805535981.”
Beverley Musical Theatre will be putting on their famous annual pantomime at Beverley Memorial Hall from 2nd to 6th December.

Ahead of the performance dates they will also be staging a giant jumble sale on Saturday 28th November at noon at the Beverley Memorial Hall.
