Following last year’s sell-out success of A Christmas Carol, East Riding Theatre (ERT) is very proud to announce our brand new Christmas production – a contemporary re-working of Oliver Twist.
Director Mike Friend returns to put his fresh and exciting mark on this well-loved story of the orphan boy Oliver on his fateful journey from destitution to salvation via the colourful, and often dangerous, characters he meets on the way.
Featuring a fantastic cast of professional actors and some great young talent from the area, the company brings a dynamic new edge to the familiar tale.
Suitable for everyone from 10 years old to 110 years old, Oliver Twist promises to be a great visual spectacle combining dark drama, comic humour, live musicians, song and dance.
An East Riding Theatre Production it runs from Thursday 10th December 2015 to Sunday 3rd January 2016 2.30pm and 7.30pm at the East Riding Theatre, Beverley. Tickets: £14.50 to £18.00
