Bishop Burton Gardeners’ Club re-start their 2015-16 programme of meetings after their Christmas break on Tuesday 2nd February 2016 at 7.30pm with a presentation entitled “Chrysanthemums from start to finish” by Keith Abel.
Keith is an expert grower and chrysanthemum enthusiast and comes from Driffield and District Chrysanthemum Society. He has been growing chrysanthemums for over 25 years but his family has collectively much more experience.
Bishop Burton Gardeners’Club meets on 6 occasions throughout the winter/spring period in St Mary’s Church Parish Hall and also has several garden visits planned in the summer. The speakers this year will cover a wide range of gardening subjects.
Membership of the club is £15 per year or non-members are welcome to attend for a £4 entry fee. Refreshments are served after the meeting.
