Beverley Town Reserves remain second in the East Riding County League despite being beaten 4-3 at home by St Georges.
Beverley got off to the worst possible start as the visitors opened the scoring inside two minutes of the start.
St Georges then doubled their lead before Town pulled one back from the spot. It was however not to be as the visitors secure the win and all three points at Longcroft School.
Defeat leaves Town three points behind the leaders, they return to action in two weeks with cup match away Sculcoates Amateurs.
