Jordan Rushby is targeting supersport success in the Thundersport GB national championship.
The up and coming racer is all set to compete on VrD Motorsport backed YZF R6 Yamaha, as he competes against many of the UK’s leading supersport competitors, in the 600 elite class.
Having finished sixth in the 2015 superstock 600 Thundersport Great Britain championship, Jordan goes into this season with the confidence that he can become a regular on the podium.
Alongside his Thundersport challenge, he is also planning to compete in selected rounds of the British superstock 600 championship.
Jordan is determined to continue his rapid progress, he has the determination, talent and self belief to seal many a result of the highest quality in 2016.
Momentous moments of his racing career to date include:
• 2013 World superbikes, mini twin support race two podium finishes
• 2012 Derby Phoenix F125cc championship 1st place
• 2012 Darley Moor F125cc championship 2nd place
Great Britain is regarded as been in a golden era, in terms of the successes riders from GB have achieved in recent years in British superbikes, World superbikes, Moto GP, World endurance championship and the Isle of Man TT.
Current world superbike and moto 3 world champions Jonathan Rea and Danny Kent, are inspiring the likes of Jordan.
Amongst the up and coming stars in the Thundersport series, Jordan is hugely looking forward to the opening round on the 4th of the March, which takes place at Brands Hatch.
