Animals In Action Children’s Craft Event In Beverley

Treasure House

A free children’s craft activity – Animals In Action – will be held at the Treasure House on Saturday 2 April.

Children and their families can drop in between 10am and 3pm.

The event is inspired by the fascinating Blue Tokay ‘Bare Bones’ exhibition opening at the Treasure House on Saturday March 26, which presents a set of animal skeletons as if in motion.

Children coming to the activity will make their own moving animal using simple craft techniques.

There will be a choice of animals to make, ranging in difficulty, so children can choose a technique which is best suited to their age, including children aged under 5.

The session is in the Education Room on the first floor of the Treasure House on Champney Road, Beverley, HU17 8HE.

The event is suitable for toddlers to pre-teens and all children should be accompanied by an adult.
