Beverley Town were denied all three points after they pegged back in the dying minutes by Bridlington Sports Club at the Norwood Recreation Ground.
In a goalless first-half Kegan Rose, Jamie Cording and Matty Littlefield all went close as Beverley
played some good football but could not get their noses in front.
The second half saw Beverley continue to try and play their brand of football and following a good move Littlefield found the target to give Beverley a well-deserved lead.
Beverley, however, were pegged back in the closing stages of the match as Bridlington snatched a late equaliser leaving Beverley to reflect of what could have been.
Beverley Town Football Club remains 8th in the Humber Premier League with 30 points on the board from their 26 games.
This weekend Beverley will entertain the champions elect, Wawne United who demolished Beverley 6-1 on the opening day of the season.
