The East Riding of Yorkshire will host the Tour de Yorkshire Trophy this month, as excitement for the three-day event builds ahead of the race start in Beverley on Friday, 29 April.
Designed and made by famed Yorkshire company Thomas Fattorini Ltd, the trophy will visit the East Riding on Monday, 18 April and will visit a number oif schools including some in Bevelrey.
Keldmarsh Primary School, Beverley Minster Primary School Beverley St Nicholas Primary School, Beverley Primary School, St Mary’s Primary School, Molescroft Primary School and Cherry Burton Primary School will all get to see the trophy.
Members of the public will also be able to catch a glimpse of the trophy on Monday, 18 April in Wednesday Market, Beverley, from 12noon-12.45pm and in the High Street, Market Weighton, from 1.15-2pm.
