 Town Boss Rich Jagger Expects Tough Match Against Crown

Beverley Town Football Club return to action after their week off as they welcome Crown FC to the Norwood Recreation Ground.

Town who are currently in 8th place in the Humber Premier League go into the match with a number of players missing.

Skipper Nathan White is suspended while Charlie Hewson and Shaun Day will also miss the match.

Gaffer Rich Jagger said;

“We welcome back Joe Norton, who hasn’t featured yet this season due to holidays. Stuart Oliver also returns after his recent Holiday and Jordan Organ is back after his recent operation.”

“I am expecting a very tough game against a physical, decent footballing side. If we play to our potential I am confident we can get something out of the game.”

“Our last two results have given the lads loads of confidence and the match should be an excellent game to watch.”

“We have had some brilliant support for our first couple of home games and I would encourage anyone who wants to watch a good standard of grass roots football to come down and cheer the lads on.”

Crown come into the game with good record. Fourth in the Humber Premier League they have lost just once, drawn one and won four of their opening six matches.

Beverley Town and Crown kick off at 2PM at Norwood.
