On Saturday 8 October between 10am and 3pm, there will be a chance to enjoy free drop-in activities at the Treasure House and Beverley Art Gallery, Champney Road, Beverley.
The day will be an opportunity to drop by and have a go at drawing and mark-making activities to celebrate The Big Draw, the world’s biggest drawing festival, from The Campaign for Drawing.
Visitors will be able to take inspiration from the eye-catching exhibition of prints by Wilhelmina Barns-Graham and other artworks in Beverley Art Gallery’s collection.
Artists will be on hand to show their ideas and give tips on drawing from still life and how to make creative marks. Everyone is welcome, adults and children alike. There will be a range of fun mark-making activities in the education room especially for under 5s.
Children should be accompanied by an adult.
