The Beverley Building Society has announced its Charity of the Month for the closing of 2016 is Viking FM’s Cash for Kids.
Cash for Kids is a UK charity that responds to the needs of children in communities, the local base for the Hull and East Yorkshire region is at Viking FM in Hull.
Beverley Building Society has supported the Mission Christmas campaign for several years, and the branch in the centre of Beverley is a drop-off point for people wanting to donate gifts to the charity.
Becky Gibbon, Cashier at the Society said;
“It’s wonderful to have Cash for Kids: Mission Christmas as our winner of Charity of the Month, the spirit of giving has been well and truly embraced this festive season which has been evidenced by the lovely gifts donated in branch. It is a pleasure to donate to such a deserving charity”.
