Graham Tait, the manager of the Flemingate Centre says he is ‘sorry’ that Bolo has closed their store in Beverley thanking them for their contribution.
Bolo who were a fashion retailer relocated from the Town Centre to Flemingate as one of the first stores who were there from the opening.
Commenting on the closure Mr. Tait said;
“We’re sorry Bolo has closed and wish the owners and staff all the very best for the future.”
“Bolo has been part of Flemingate from day one in November 2015 and we would like to express our thanks for the contribution the store has made to the growth and success of the centre.”
A new business has already been lined up to take over the store though the unit will be empty for a a period of time to allow for the change over, Mr. Tait said;
“The unit occupied by Bolo will be closed for a short period to allow for refurbishment and will then re-open in early May as a new local, independent menswear and ladieswear store, Verb, run by Lee Wardell, former Manager at Leonard Silver Menswear in Beverley.”
“The new store will stock a number of exciting men’s and ladies’ brands and add to the wide and growing range of high-quality independent and high street retailers, restaurants and cafés at Flemingate.”
