Hodgsons FC continued their build up to the pre season with a friendly against South Cave at the Beverley Leisure Centre.
This Saturday the Tanners will get the new East Riding County League season underway with a home fixture against Harchester United.
Harchester United won promotion to the Division One of the East Riding County League after they were crowned champions last season.
The Tanners will be looking to improve on last year when they finished fourth in the league just ten points off top spot.
New signing Rich Durham has been named in the 13 man squad to face United on Saturday. Durham brings a wealth of experience an aging squad.
