Humberside Police have begun an investigation following a burglary at Hugh Rice jewellers in Saturday Market Place Beverley.
At 4am this morning the alarm was raised by a member of the public.
Police say their ivestigation is in its early stages and and are appealing for anyone that could help with them enquiries to call on the non-emergency number 101 quoting log 56 of 6/11/17.
