Beverley Town Football Club have expressed their gratitude to local business, Guest and Philips, for their support by sponsoring their training kit.
Guest and Philips, a family business have provided the funds needed to kit out the club with tracksuit tops for the current season.
Rich Jagger, Manager of Beverley Town Football Club said;
“We are very grateful to Guest and Philips for their kind sponsorship of the club Tracksuits.”
“Karen Guest very kindly agreed to sponsor tracksuits for the full club, which means over 60 tracksuits have been provided to the club.”
Town who play the in the Humber Premier League as well as fielding two sides in the East Riding County League are enjoying a productive season on the field.
Jagger says the deal works both ways as players of the clubs sides wear their new tops not only at games but also while out in the community, he added;
“It’s great to team up with such a prominent local business, and it really does provide an increased presence for the sponsor in the Town, as the players are always wearing their tops around Town, promoting Guest and Philips at the same time.”
“We hope this is the start of a long term relationship, and also have to thank Dan McHale for making the initial enquiries with Guest and Philips.”
Ahead of their game against local rival Walkington AFC, a match Town won 2-0 Jagger along with others from the club posed for pictures showing off their smart new tops.
This weekend Town’s first team return to action as they look to continue their climb up the table with a trip to Blackburn Sports Club to face North Ferriby Athletic.
When the sides last met one another it was Town who came out on top as they secured all three point with a 1-0 win back in October.
