Tiny Treasures at the Treasure House in Beverley are free sessions designed for under 5s to explore the museum and art gallery collections.
Each session has a different theme and includes hands-on activities, which range from messy play to handling objects, and sand play to craft activities.
The themes for the next three sessions will be (all on Thursdays from 1.30 to 2.30pm):
17 January : Shape and Colour
14 February : Archaeology
14 March : People.
Lucy Cooke, under fives learning co-ordinator, said: “We are thrilled to be able to offer more Tiny Treasures sessions in 2019, with even more opportunities for young children to explore all that the Treasure House has to offer.
“I would advise all our young participants to bring a change of clothes just in case!”
There is no need to book in advance – just turn up on the day.
